what are the best free sites to do article submission?

I'd like to post articles to the internet. What article sites does Google favor? I would like to start doing some article marketing and I would like to post to sites that rank well and post articles that are actually going to be seen .

3. Just don't submit to 1000s of article sites like a fish net and try to get a few incoming links. There are 10 sites I submit my articles to that pass good link juice. I'm not going to list them here but other than the two here already mentioned Buzzle and Article Central are both quality sites to consider in your submission process.
