How do I cite an article within a book?

I wrote a paper for a class and I took quotes from several different articles written by different people but they're all from the same book. Do I cite the entire book itself or do I treat each individual article as if it's not even part of the book, but I don't have enough information to do that. How do I recognize both the book itself and the article within it as a separate entity? The paper is due in an hour I'd reallyreally appreciate some fast responses if possible! Thanks!
